Due to the efficiency of my design services I do not offer complimentary consultations. Consultations will be charged according to your selection of the following:
2 Hour Consult
This design appointment will address your design problems and questions. I will provide solutions and local resources to execute the design. I can recommend paint schemes and provide ideas to elevate your design aesthetic. This will be a verbal on-site consultation. $250
Custom Design Plan
This package offers an on-site consultation, custom design plan and assistance in selecting finishes and/or furniture and décor. I make the process fun and exciting by creating a cohesive design plan that meets your aesthetic and functionality goals.
Based on your needs, the custom design plan may include budget planning, local resources and trade referrals, visual inspiration, space plans and sourcing of finishes, furniture and décor. $600 Additional design guidance available @ $125 an hour in two hour minimum increments.
Home Staging
Your home staging plan will include a detailed walk through of the entire property where we collaboratively discuss what is needed to bring the home to market. I will provide a detailed staging plan with de-cluttering suggestions, best furniture placement and recommendation for wall décor adjustments. I will explain what to keep, what to pack, where to place what - to make your home look its best for property photos and showings. Custom Staging Plan $250
I also offer virtual or Personal Shopping Services for any wall décor, and accessories to make your home look stylish and draw the most potential buyers. I can also help you facilitate furniture rental if needed. Staging Shopping typically ranges 2 - 5 additional hours @ 125 an hour. Staging purchases are in addition to the hourly rate and are for the home owner or realtor to keep.
Hands on Staging, where I physically implement the staging plan, will be invoiced at the hourly rate of $125.
